Will the real Dave Ryder please stand up?

There is a guy from Wirral (The Metropolitan Borough of Wirral is a metropolitan borough of Merseyside, North West England) named Dave Coroner, who plays music: here is his myspace page.

For obvious reasons he doesn’t really care for his given surname, so he decided to take the stage name Dave Ryder. Here is his alter ego’s myspace page.

When I found out about this, I contacted him thru myspace, and here is a transcript of my original message, and his subsequent reply:

He seems a friendly enough chap, but all kidding aside it’s bullshit that he is doing this, and I am currently researching my legal options to make him cease and desist. After all, I AM the real Dave Ryder, and he is an imposter.
